I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a PMH-C, Perinatal Mental Health Certificate. I am trained in EMDR and other somatic based modalities.

I would love to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a Las Vegas native, a former collegiate athlete and I currently live on a farm in East Tennessee with my husband and 3 kids. My belief is that every person has the capacity to heal and to change. I aim to share my knowledge and to create a judgment free and safe space for my clients so they can begin their own process of healing. I really enjoy working with former athletes, individuals who are struggling with: codependency, anxiety, perinatal mental health issues and those healing from traumatic childhoods. I also have a passion for working with neurodivergent folks and those who are in the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of work I love to read, spend time outdoors (especially the lake) and hang out with my family!
