INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I offer individual therapy to those who are living in the State of Tennessee. I love to work with a variety of clients including clients within the perinatal period (before, during or after pregnancy), those struggling with anxiety, codependency and trauma. I use a variety of methods including EMDR and other somatic based practices.

My office is located at 211 Foothills Drive Maryville, TN 37803. For those who live in the state of Tennessee but outside of driving distance to Maryville, I offer Telehealth sessions. Each individual therapy session is 50 min long.

COACHING

I offer coaching services for individuals or couples who are in the parenthood transition. I offer Telehealth coaching to anywhere in the USA. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy services. Coaching is for an individual or a couple who are:

  • Pregnant and wanting assistance creating a postpartum plan

  • Couples who want guidance in creating equity in their roles and responsibilities as parents i.e. dividing the invisible load

  • Individuals seeking support with navigating the changes when trying to expand their family or after their family has been expanded

  • Individuals needing assistance in wading through all of the information out there when it comes to parenting, and finding their own parental intuition

EMDR INTENSIVES

An EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) intensive is a focused and accelerated form of therapy that condenses EMDR treatment into a shorter timeframe, typically several consecutive days with longer sessions. Unlike traditional weekly therapy, intensives allow clients to delve deeper into their healing work in a shorter period. Intensives with me will also include work before the intensive, somatic based interventions during the intensive and a follow up session after the intensive.


Therapy is an investment- one that I believe is worth your time, energy and resources. I offer a sliding scale for those who cannot afford the investment but are committed to the process. If you are interested in hearing more about that please reach out.

PRICING

  • I charge $150 per session and do not accept insurance but can provide a Superbly.

  • Coaching packages will vary by the amount of sessions purchased. Please see the Coaching section for more details.

  • A breakdown of the cost is on the Intensives page- each in person Intensive takes places in Maryville, TN and includes 2 telehealth sessions before and after the intensive;

    1 Day Intensive: $1,500

    2 Day Intensive: $2,500
